Q. Do we accept insurance?
A. Unfortunately, if you purchase the product directly through

company direct. This will also depend on the medical dealer you go through.

A. Yes our push chairs do have a billing code; please find below the billing code for each.

A. No, the Freedom and Independence's handle cannot be adjusted for height.

A. We get very serious when it comes down to safety, we are always thinking about safety as if for our own babies.
We test our push chairs constantly. We are a division of the original Baby Jogger Company,

Q. Are the seat and canopy washable?
A. Yes, you can machine wash your push chair's soft goods in cold water with
a mild detergent. To minimize shrinkage, simply reattach the soft goods to
the frame to dry. (Please do not put your seat in the dryer!) To remove the
canopy fabric you will need to use a phillips screwdriver.
Q. How can I care for my push chair?
A. You may clean the push chair frame with a soft, dry cloth, and an occasional spray of
household wax will maintain its healthy glow.
- Moisture - especially from the beach - can rust the wheels. Spraying regularly
with a silicon lubricant will help keep your wheels looking healthy.
- Your push chair will benefit from a yearly visit to the bike shop for wheel alignment
especially if used a lot. Refer to the number on the tire wall for the optimum pressure for your tires.
- Storing - Sunshine can fade seat and canopy fabric and dry out tires, so storing your push chair
indoors will prolong its good looks. However, if you do store it outside, using a tarp will protect against weather wear.
Q. How easy is it to steer the push chair?
A. Steering your push chair is simple: It is balanced to turn with just a light touch on the handlebar.
When using the standard 16" front wheel and making tighter turns, push down on the handlebar and raise the front wheel to steer and
pivot on the rear wheels to make the turns.
Q. Does the Independence push chair come with the swivel wheels?
A. The Independence push chair does not come with or have an option for the swivel wheels due to the structure of the frame.
We realize that this is something that a lot of parents are looking for and we are currently working on one that will come with the swivel
wheels. This project is still in developement and should be out sometime late next year (2007). This will not be an optional kit but a
complete push chair with the swivel wheels. At this time we do not have any projects to make a swivel kit for the Independence.
Q. What about walking with my push chair in the dark?
A. Since we are concerned about your safety and that of your your child, we recommend that you do not use
your stroller at night. However, if you choose to, please attach reflective strips to the wheel spokes
and the seat. Bicycle lights can also be mounted on the handlebar.
